For the sake of industry diplomacy, networking, and marketing, I have to sit through this horseshit.
Ugh. One thing I can assure you, no useful insight will be gleaned from these pontificating roundtable discussions. Kill me, now, please.
On the upside, Toby and I found a lovely park just down the road from the hotel, whi ch makes a nice walk.
He is a sensitive boi, and does not like the noise and bustle of the city, so he was excited to find a quiet green place to poop . I am about to go have bre akfast to get him used to being alone in the room. I did bring his favorite toy, which he enjoyed after our walk.
He is a killer.

I think that Toby had needs that sadly prevent you from attending those panel discussions.
“ Reception” looks promising, however.

#MeToo movement hits agriculture?
I would argue that sexual harassment has been in agriculture longer than any other field of work. Especially on melon & zucchini farms.

oo... toby killed barney!
good boy... barney creeps me the fuck out
also me too movement hits agriculture? O.o
thats almost as surprising to me as finding out the tradewar is hurting my companys bottom line.... not coz the tarrifs hurt us.... but coz the chinese have scaled back investing in everything to free up more cash to ride out the trade war (wich incidentally is making me think they will be the ones to win it)

I see “Dairy” on the schedule, so I suspect it’s not horse shit you’ll be sitting through...
#MeToo in agriculture? That makes me wonder what the cows would say about the movement if they could. I mean, they get groped constantly.

I’m guessing that handling Tragedy in the workplace doesn’t involve impromptu King Lear or Antigone in the break room, more’s the pity.

Better than the bad trip of the day.

Handling tragedy in the work place, like “the coffee is terrible today” or “
who’s two month old burrito is this”
?

Toby is the goodest boy. I’m sure he’ll be quite helpful after today’s events.
